The Redding Group Property management, LLC. is a small home town property managers office located in St Helens Oregon. We have been in the property management business for more than ten years. We strive to give each tenant and owner the personal touch needed to feel comfortable and confident in our abilities to manage their property or rent from us.
Barb Is the owner and licensed property manager and started this company just after getting her Property Managers license in Oregon. She maintains her license by attending all of the require classes to stay up on the current and ever changing rules and regulations in the State of Oregon.
Jennifer is the office manager and has been with the company from the start as well. She maintains all of the files and behind the scene software for tenant and owners. She is very well versed in the current rules and regulations in the State of Oregon.
